Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to inspect any tools before a credit is issued. Returns and/or Credits must be initiated within ninety (90) days of purchase. Return Merchandise Authorization numbers (RMA) are required for all returns. Call for a RMA.

Because most of our tools are made to spec/blueprint we require an in house inspection prior to the issue of any credit. All tools must be returned in their original packaging. This helps to prevent damage to tools during the shipping process. If additional damages are incurred as a result of neglect, we will not issue a credit, and the tools will be returned.
In most cases tools can be repaired to meet the specifications of our customers. If you require a credit and re-bill please notify our customer service department. Otherwise, tools will be repaired and returned without issuing a credit.

We generally do not accept overstock returns on custom tooling. Custom tooling is defined as any tools made to spec or according to a blueprint, and/or any tools that vary from industry standards; including tolerances, OAL, LOC, etc...

Our new practices and procedures allow us to identify tools from various lots. When returning tools please be sure that tools are from the same lot. Credits will be issued according to the customer purchase orders and our internal lot numbers. Credits will not be issued for tools that are not from the same order.

*All credits, refunds, returns, and/or exchanges are issued at our discretion. Our Cancellation and Credit Policy includes, but is not limited to the outline above. Our terms are subject to change without formal notice. All credits, refunds, returns, and/or exchanges must meet Huff Carbide requirements and eligibility standards, and can be denied based upon visual determination. Huff Carbide will provide a written explanation upon request for tools that do not meet the credit, refund, return, and/or exchange policy criteria.
